Pinwheel5
Re: maximum range 27 yards, but would be comfortable out to 43 in the right circumstance. [ 06-16-2003, 12:16 PM: Message edited by: Pinwheel5 ]
Grant-KS
Re: maximum range About.....9 yards? LOL I'll probably shoot if everything is perfect to 40 yards with my setup.
bghunter777
Re: maximum range My longest shot on a Whitetail with a bow was 27 yards 30 is my personel limit I am confident out to forty on a target but that is a lot different than a live animal. sureshot
Re: maximum range My farhtest was just over the 30 yard mark! I knew exactly couse he came down a trail I knew was marked at 30, when I grunted he took one step off the trail then turned broadside! With my new setup and all the practice with the right conditions I am saying 40 yard is my max, but that will have to be perfect conditions! Hopefully less than 30! too_pointer
Re: maximum range My longest shot with a coumpound was around 30 yards, which I picked as my limit. Now I have a crossbow, and if I feel I have the confidence to make a little longer shot, I might stretch that out to 35 or 40. I will never take a chance on a poor hit on a deer for anything. too_pointer
