Shaun_300
FINALLY the gas prices have dropped here! Last night I put $20 in my '03 Cavalier and it brought it from just over E to 3/8 of a tank. That was at $1.259/liter ($4.05/gal) This morning they went down to $1.157/liter ($3.69/gal) and some stations in the city were $1.00/liter ($3.21/gal) Too bad I couldn't wait until today to get gas! It's still really expensive, but a heck of a lot better that what they were. Highest I've saw in the past week was $1.40/liter ($4.51/gal) for regular... BowJoe
Re: Gas Prices DROPPING.... finally Down (yeah right) to 3.09 here. I am still not going to be satisfied until it reaches less than $2.00/gal. where it should have been all along. Did you hear that supposedly there is more oil in reserve here than anywhere else in the world? Hmmmmm. And yet the Iraqi's are paying less than .10/gal. Real nice. Guest Andrea
Re: Gas Prices DROPPING.... finally I couldn't believe that the Tom Thumb store had gas last night and there wasn't 4 million people in line. I filled up for $2.59 a gal. Quite a change from the $3.39 price last week and no gas to be found anywhere.
Palssonater
Re: Gas Prices DROPPING.... finally I've noticed the drop as well. However I don't think we should even settle for the current price. More needs to be done.

Reloader
Re: Gas Prices DROPPING.... finally [ QUOTE ] Now we are happy with $2.59 a gal. All part of the scam! [/ QUOTE ] I gotta agree with this and the others that said we need to keep complaining until it is under $2 a gal again. I remember not even 10 years ago i bought gas for $0.69 a galon in Georgia and South Carolina. That was around Easter time in 1998. Settling for it just being under $2 is a bargain for the oil companies I think.
