texastrophies
Re: Texas @ Ohio St. [ QUOTE ] Texas by 3---and NO Tominator--I'm not betting flags!!!! [/ QUOTE ] Should have bet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here are a few of my observations of the game: 1. That #47 on the defense is a monster!!!!! 2. I almost hated to see Texas score, because I knew they had to have a kickoff after that, and they were scary from a Texas point of view. 3. After the first quarter, the game took a very Ohioian atmosphere. It felt to me like Texas was getting blown out and then you look at the score and they were only 3 - 6 points behind. Texas offense was struggling, but the defense picked up the slack after all those turnovers.

Tominator
Re: Texas @ Ohio St. Heckuva game. 3 or 4 mistakes by the Bucks and...... Well, no sour grapes. Great game, just sad the Buckeyes couldn't pull it out.
Ohiobucks
Re: Texas @ Ohio St. That game could have went either way. I'll tell you one thing you already know, but that Vince Young is a heck of an athlete. That boy has a future in front of him.

muggs
Re: Texas @ Ohio St. That game's outcome can be explained like this, Tressel lost it for his players. The reason the Buckeye's only got field goals after the got a turnover...is because good old Jimmy T plays to get fieldgoals. IMO, Tressel lost that game as much as Vince Young lost it. Young's a heck of a player, wouldn't mind seeing him wear the Browns color in a few years.
