Griz
I had wrapped some hunting arrows for the first time and when I shot them my bow made a "Thwack" noise.I have had my arrows dipped before, but never used wraps until this year. At first I thought it was my bow. Like something came loose. I checked everything out and everything was tight. So I got an unwrapped arrow, shot it, and then it was quit again. Not sure what is going on... I blamed the wraps for the noise... Has this happen to anyone else...
tedicast
Re: Arrow Wraps... I have never had that happen. I made the mistake of wasting wraps on practice arrows. Everytime I need to replace a vane, I lost a wrap. My practice quiver now contains both wrapped, and unwrapped arrows. There is no difference in noise, or point of impact between the 2. I use EZE-Crest wraps.
