The Blackwater State forest looks bad in spots. All the big pines are leaning almost all the way over to the west. And down farther towards the coast, all the trees are dead on their eastern sides. Alot of the farmers didn't get everything in b/c it was too wet in the spring, now they're having trouble getting in the fields b/c it just seems to keep raining. A guy hates to complain about moisture......but. On a side note, our trees are turning and dropping too but it is just that time up here.
