SaskMan Posted September 12, 2005 Report Share Posted September 12, 2005 This may end up moved to the fishing forum but I put it here as nobody goes there. lol Went up to the cabin friday after work for the weekend. The wind was blowing so hard we couldn't even get on the big lake to fish for pike. Our only options were to try for trout in a couple of the little lakes nearby. We braved the wind, the drizzle, and the cold and managed to do pretty darn good. After a hard day on the water Sat. we dined on steak and potatoes and wandered over to the pub at around 9:00. Low and behold there was a karaoke contest and we ended up staying until closing time...no I didn't sing. Here a couple photos of our catch. My brother with a splake.
