Re: Look what I dug up in my backyard

Sorry to regurditate this thread but I just got back from NY. No I do not live in the desert, it's dirt...you know the stuff usually under the grass.

Someone asked what it was confused.gifgrin.gif, I think I said it was an engine and I think it is obviously an engine grin.gif

Don't know what make it was. I called the housing manager after discovering it and told him to come pick it up. They were actually a little upset because I dug a big hole so I told them that whenever I stop finding engines in my yard, I will stop digging holes. The engine been there for a long time. This isin't something that just got buried recently. I am guessing no earlier than 10 years.

Re: Look what I dug up in my backyard

New York is not for me...at least not the city. What a sight for sore eyes. I don't see why anyone would want to live there or anywhere around there including Long Island shocked.gifgrin.gif...sorry, just not for me. Too much traffic and I felt unsafe the entire time. Definaltey wouldn't want to raise my kids there. It took us almost 2 hours to get from Garden City on Long Island to the end of the throgs neck bridge there at the 95 junction right outside of the city shocked.gif, absolutley nuts.

Sorry NY'ers, no offense but I was just reminded the last 2 days why I dislike cities. I am sure upstate NY is nice though but anything east of I-84 tongue.giftongue.giftongue.gifgrin.gif
