Sorry to have to say this but to the ones that thanked me for serving, I am greatful for this but I must say that I do it for a very selfish reson: my 4 sons. A friend of mine after talking with (and eating her cooking and all the hunting she does with me) Mommy, told me I did not marry a lady but a GODESS and I do agree with him. One other thing, that is not the Black Beret of old, when you had too earn your beret and it was for the Rangers. Now they give you a black beret for getting out of AIT and the Blue and Gold tab above my unit patch is what means anything now. BTW it is a Green Beret I ware and yes with Pride. Again thanks for all the good words and Mommy was very happy with them, I hope that she will start getting in here with us soon. Frank.
