bozz Posted September 15, 2005 Report Share Posted September 15, 2005 I admit I get a little carry away with the decorations for oct.,...I have a 10 yr. that really likes it.....we keep it family friendly....no gore or monsters......just good old fog machines and some sound effects with lights and the occasional pop out giant spider....for a good laugh.....this year we will have some moving objects on cables.......heck I just got finish drywalling my new garage in time for the transformation soon to come.......ok..ok.....yeah I do have my scarecrow up already......lol....I remember last year we had pic's of everybody's house that really deck them on here.....maybe we will do that again this year........anyho....we like to decorate a little and we do enjoy a few little scares to boot !! I don't do much besides the pumpkins and a few bales of hay with potted mums on the porch. We live too far out for anyone to notice anyway. No trick-or-treaters. Guest lobsterman Posted September 16, 2005 Report Share Posted September 16, 2005 Re: Ok...who gets carry away with Halloween decor ? ya know whats great for hallowee.... well we did this like 8 years ago, but a couple years in a row, rifle hunting for deer started on halloween day, and we would usually have a couple deer that day, so we get home and hang them in the tree in our front yard for the kids trick or treating...needless to say the kids probably had a good scare...
