Tominator
Re: You clean??? Wife and I are equal opportunity slobs, and equally share in not cleaning unless my buddy Tom comes over, then we panic and do a power clean/rearrange the "stuff". Actually, we pretty much equally share the duties.
AaronS
Re: You clean??? My wife and I share cleaning duties. I ran home over lunch today and threw another load of laundry in. Last night I took care of the dishes after she did all the cooking. Wait a minute.....last night I fixed supper. Oh well, 95% of the time she does the cooking. Guest Andrea
Re: You clean??? [ QUOTE ] I live alone..... I clean up then three months later it is already dirty.... When I was mutilated my wife complained I didn't fold the towels the right way, I cleaned too much, and never took her to the circus... Moral- a semi clean house is better than a house full of adulterating skank [/ QUOTE ] Holy crap!!!! I just shot a sunflower seed through my nose!!! Adulterating skank......................... bfletch7441
Re: You clean??? I try to help, but my wife get's most of the inside housework done throughout the day. My inside duties are limited to cleaning up after dinner and folding the occasional load of laundry. JaLynn offers to split the mowing duties from time to time. Believe it or not, she asked to weed eat the yard about a month ago! Ben
Grant-KS
Re: You clean??? I have to clean my room, some other rooms occasionaly (rarely) do my own laundry, and I do ALL the outside work...mowing, trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, watering, etc. I work for a landscaper, and that's what i'm about to leave to do in a sec. buckee
Re: You clean??? I just put a large deer roast in the slow cooker for tonight, with all the fixins. I'll be cleaning the house right after this little time on the tree. I did hire a guy to cut the lawn this year though...bad me We share the laundry duties, 50/50 It's my day off, so I'm making a big supper I've been the cook and bottle washer around here for a long time ..well...90% of the time. I like a break sometimes too.
billygoat
Re: You clean??? I'll be honest... the wife does. I do the yard and keep the cars cleaned and maintained, I also have to keep my office clean. Otherwise, she's the boss, apparently I don't clean well enough! JimPic
Re: You clean??? I'll run the vacuum on occassion and dust.I'll also do laundry every now and then(but I don't fold),load and empty the dishwasher and I also do a good bit of the cooking. My wife works long hours at night so I try to do my part. Ohiobucks
Re: You clean??? We both clean the house, but she does the majority of the work. I load / unload the dishwasher when it needs it and I am right there. I wash my own clothes, and take care of all the outside work. She is better at vacuuming and mopping floors on a more consistant basis than I am.
Guest Finn
Re: You clean??? I do the majority of it....but, the kids load/unload dishes....daughter folds the clothes. My wife says her job is to work and decorate my life....not sure when that started, but it's evolved into that

It never ends!!!! [/ QUOTE ] I don't mind laundry at all. I wash, I dry, I bring up most times, I dump all clothes in the middle of the living room, I give out the order to my kids "pick out your stuff, fold and put away........now." Dishes and clutter are what I hate.

Jeramie
Re: You clean??? My wife by far. Its not that I dont help, I do. She is just one of those people who literally clean behind the oven. If the kitchen faucet has a water spot the whole sink gets cleaned. Its pretty crazy. I do what I can to help but it only adds to her obsesive/ compulsive disorder. She gets it from her mom and her brother is the same way. Its really nice. Our house is never messy and she does most of the work......

Rhino
Re: You clean??? I gave up marriage for a New Years resolution several years back so I have to do it all. No big deal if I keep up with it as I go along. That is until October 1st when bow season starts. I tend to get a little behind then since I spend more time hunting than I do at home. When I come home during the season my 1st priority is to wash all more cloths and reorganize for the next hunt. Before I know it it's time to go hunting again. Spring cleaning has taken on a whole new meaning now.
bulldawg
Re: You clean??? I'm your stereotypical vintage male...I don't clean. Once in a great while, I'll cook up a steak for supper, but for the most part, I've got a wife and kids to see to the cleaning and housework. I take care of everything else. Guest Andrea
Re: You clean??? Hunting season kinda puts the housework on the back burner for me. That's when the camo takes precedence over all the other laundry. Kids either eat late or eat somethin fast like pizza or frozen dinners. Start eatin off paper plates. Cleaning up only when it becomes a health hazard. LOL Just kidding!!!! I do clean during hunting season...just not as much. I try to get in my stand every afternoon during the week and all day on Saturdays.
