LifeNRA
Re: deer view mirror [ QUOTE ] Seen them.....looks like a gimmic to me. I wouldn't be caught dead with one of those in a tree with me. [/ QUOTE ] I agree, they show the commerical with a deer moving in the mirror, BUT THE MIRROR IS NOT MOVING! THE DEER IS! It moves quite a lot too! Typical scam. Trying to get your money. I wouldnt buy it!
BowtechTurkeyHunter
Re: deer view mirror I dont see how it even helps even if it does what it says. How many of us have heard a deer behind us before we even could see it .... probably most of us its a farse as far as I am concerned what a waste of money... on a side note I have never watched a hunting show that uses it either not even the guy who does the comercial ... Gone hunting with Keith and Tony they havent ever used this product must be a great product.
Nut
Re: deer view mirror It really isn't anything you could not rig up for yourself without it costing much. Truthfully I think it would be a distraction in the long run.
wtnhunt
Re: deer view mirror Never seen the ads, but have read about someone asking about this product in here before. Nope, I would not buy it either.
HitRmisS
Re: deer view mirror I have known of people taking side mirrors off of pickups and putting them on their stands, i haven't seen the commercials but it sounds like to me that someone just decided to make some money off the idea so more power to them

jbeck
Re: deer view mirror How do you draw on a deer if its right in front of you? I saw the comercial and I was always thinking that it would get in the way of shooting in that direction. Try a bycicalist mirror that attaches to your hat if you don't want to turn around. Guest Justwin24
Re: deer view mirror I bought 2 and love them. I only use them rifle hunting. On one stand their is a clear cut behind me with an old road the deer use to cross about 100 yards behind me. I've seen many a deer sneak by on that road no shooters though. On another stand I have a food plot behind me that the mirrow watches over while I look down a ridge that acts like a funnel because of a cliff at the end before it meets the hollow. I have the mirrors mounted so I don't have to stare at them but if there's movement it seems to catches my eye.
