bbass300
which broadhead do you recommend that shoots closest like your fieldtips and gets the job done?
dogdoc
Re: broadheads any good quality mechanical will probably shoot just like your fieldtips. In a well tuned bow MOST fixed blades will also shoot with your fieldtips. todd

tedicast
Re: broadheads I use 100 grain Wasp Boss Bullets. They fly like little darts! One sturdy broadhead too.
Guest madabouthuntin
Re: broadheads The 2 broadheads that I have used and would recomend would be the NAP Shockwave (mechanical) and the Sonic broadhead by American Broadhead Company. Both of these fly just like field points. Both have excellent penetration for pass through shots. I have heard very good about the Montec G5 Broadheads. I hope this helps! ladydiehard
Re: broadheads Following the advise of my pro shop guy...I am using Thunderhead 85s. Only shooting at 38# right now thus I have a light set up. Broadheads are shooting the same as my fieldtips and I'm happy as a clam.
Jeramie
Re: broadheads Muzzy Thunderheads Shockwaves Rocky Mountain G5 Way, way to many to list. It has as much to do with your bow as anything. You should be able to get a set (3) of quality BH's for $15-$18. Make sure they are sharp and that your arrows are flying straight. The rest will take care of itself.
