NYBUCK
Re: gander mountain A little smaller and a bit more expensive but good mounts and displays and good sales when they have them.

Michiganbowhunter_SQ2
Re: gander mountain I actually prefer the gander mountain here over the Bass pro that is about an hour away from here...our gander has a huge selction of guns...just as much camo clothing (if not more than the bass pro...archery section is about the same size.....it seems like the Bass Pro has alot more regular clothing than anything else....but Cabelas if way better and alot bigger than gander mountain...but cabelas is about 1-1/2 hours away and gander is about 10 minutes away

Guest kscumminsdriver
Re: gander mountain we just got a gander mountain in Wichita and although I haven't actually browsed the entire store, I have visited the archery section a couple times.... they are cheaper than Cabelas.... bought a dozen carbon arrows and had them cut to length and they were $5 less than the Cabelas Archery Catalog which would come full length and need to be cut. in their advertisements, they say they will beat any competitors advertised price. huge gun selection. and at the store here, they have a 35 yard indoor archery lane that you can shoot for $5 an hour..... Cabelas in KC is nice... tons of mounts but a 3 hour drive to pay higher prices isn't my cup of tea....

NiteRunner
Re: gander mountain Bought my first bow from Gander Mountain. Service isn't bad, have had a couple problems but nothing to keep me out of there. I've also bought some "Fresh Meat" from there lol.
