brad dryden
Re: does I dont go for does till late in the muzzloader season somtimes I will usually take one first week of seasonjust to have one under the belt but if you have a good buck in the property your hunting I wouldent shoot a doe all year. Rhino
Re: does I will and it wouldn't be the 1st time either. My attitude is get the doe killing out of the way early. The rut is no time to be killing does and if you get your quota of them out early, that leaves more available food for the rest of the herd when they need it most. plannerman
Re: does No shame in taking does. We've found if you don't take'em early, they're too wily in the late season. Unless it's a monster buck, give me the "delicious and nutrious" doe veni any day. Ok, I'll admit it, I'd love to shoot a buck but real "shooters" are far a few between lately. Does on the other hand....gray lady down!!!
ruttinbuc
Re: does I have been hunting in an EAB zone so I have to take one first. I have gotton used to the fact that once I fill that tag I can be selective to what buck I will try and shoot. So its really a good thing!
