gowest
I am thinking of switching to Blazer vanes with 125 gr. Montec's. Has anyone had experience with them on a fixed blade broadhead? Does FOC become more critical? Thanks, John

gowest
Re: Blazers and Fixed Heads I dropped from the 125's to the 100's and they now fly like darts! Thanks.
Guest TBryan
Re: Blazers and Fixed Heads I shoot blazers with muzzy 100s. They shoot great. I can hit a 2 inch circle every time out to 30 yards.
CDubWSR
Re: Blazers and Fixed Heads gowest.... your arrows were probably a little under spined with the 125 grain heads. by switching to a 100 grain head you stiffened your shaft. that is probably why they are flying better now. im shooting my slick tricks with straight fletched blazers and i love it. gowest
Re: Blazers and Fixed Heads My SQ2 is rated for 70, and down to the limb bolts (where I have it set up) - if you believe the scale - says 73#. This almost always puts it between the 3-60's and 3-71's - I'm shooting ACC's. Thanks for the tip !
