Always a deer stew or deer roast in my dutch oven. Brown chuncks of venison in the bottom, add chicken broth, use whatever u like to thicken the broth, add potatos and carrots and onions. Good stuff right there.

You can also cook biscuits in a dutch oven. Use some foil and pile coals around the bottom and on the top and watch carefully. Nothing makes deer tenderloin at deer camp like a good homemade biscuit.
