And it isn't...but to me it's hilarious. Slingblade. Dwight Yoakam is so funny in that movie. I was surprised he was such a good actor. [/ QUOTE ] He was acting?? You couldn't pay me to sit and watch something like "Dude, Where's My Car" or "Freddie vs. Jason". But we make you guys suffer through the awful, horrible, dreadful stuff like " The Notebook" and "Driving Miss Daisy".

I didn't hate it, it's a sad movie for sure....hit kind of close to home for me..... On a lighter note: Dude Where's My Car was pretty weak, but one quote that I remember is ..... Newarcher
Re: movie quote question? Let's not forget American Pie ( bawdy) and Something about Mary. Funny story, I used to work with Shannon Elizabeth's mother at an insurance company. She was the President's secretary and very intimidating...or tried to be. Anyway, I got on the elevator with her and said something to the effect of "I hear you daughter is Shannon Elizabeth". Yep....she's getting married soon so it won't be Elizabeth...actually her last name is Fadal but she used Elizabeth as her last name for her movie persona to keep down stalker types. "Ah, I see...she is a great actress". Well, I then thought to myself, "gee self is there any movie where she hasn't been partially disrobed?"....I don't think so. So then there was this akward silence while I waited for the elevator and the cops! New
