[ QUOTE ] This si my first year hunting in Mass. and its right out side of Boston, what shoudl i expect? what tactice work here:).. thanks. [/ QUOTE ] Good question. I just moved here myself (not by choice , only cause the Gov said so) and am looking for some good hunting land as well. I have public hunting grounds right up the road about 1/2 mile but it is a very small piece of land. I am anxious to see how many hunters I see there the first day. I am in Hudson which is 32 miles from Boston. This is not a hunters state I'll tell you that. When my 3 years are up here, I will be happy to leave. This is a good state if your into jogging and riding bike. Seems like that's all they do here. Western Mass is a little different but your on the same side of Mass that I am on and there is very little hunting opportunities here that I know about anyway. I am sure there are some honeyholes around but I don't know where they are and I don't have much time to find them.
