I shot her near sundown and by the time I was able to take a pic, light was fading fast. Will be checking out the pics tonight and hope to post one. The big doe pics didn't turn out well but one of the smaller ones will work all the same for points. I posted a pic of the small doe and a halfway decent pic of the big one on the deer hunting thread. I haven't seen any shooters yet, just does and fawns and some small bucks. I did see a young 6 pointer chase a doe 20 yards from my stand Sunday, so they should be rolling the next two weeks here in Oklahoma.While I have some time here I will post a few pics of mine, all of these deer came of my grandpas land in last 6 years, we have been trying to manage it the best we can. It is starting to pay off, here they are: Here is a deer my dad shot last season This is the deer I shot last year, thought he was bigger, should have let him walk (long story) Here is my second biggest I shot 3 years ago This is of the same deer as above with a deer my dad shot the same day, it was a good day Here is a pic of my brothers first deer on his first day to hunt, he was 10 This deer didn't come off my land, but it was only 1/2 mile away. My buddy shot this last year w/a bow. Scored 196 1/8'' My first blackpowder buck This is my biggest 172 1/8" Here is a pic of some of the deer my dad, brother and I have shot off our land in the last 6 years Hope you guys enjoyed the pics, sorry for the long post. Thanks to my Dad, we missed out on the lottery for doe tags this year so I'll either be bringing home a buck or nothing at all.... so pray for horns!!! The .270 is shot in and ready to go and so am I... just got a bit more packing to do and I'll be set. Talked to Dad on the phone the other night and the bucks are finally starting to do their thing! We're having the latest rut EVER...! Anyway, I hope to be posting pics of a buck when I get back...... so just keep your fingers (and toes!) crossed for me! Good luck to everyone else!
