Lifes thrown me some curves here lately, I don't want to go in detail, but lifes just not going my way these past few weeks. I know it will get better, but I just feel mad or sad all the time. I go out, and am just there. Just the way you describe the situation seems like one or both of these are out of sync. Even if you have specific reasons for feeling up/down, diet and rest will adversley affect your "mood swings".
