10acboy
My hunting partner's wife had to get admitted to the hospital due to an infection in her chest caused by some day surgery she had last week. Anyway the doctors are trying to figure out how bad the infection is and how they can treat it. She was actually in pretty bad shape because her kidneys started to shut down. She is doing much better now. However I looked directly at my wife and asked "So is he going to be able to go hunting Saturday?" Boy oh boy she was hot! My wife went to the hospital to see her and my partner said, "You know if Mike wants to go hunting all he has to do is come by to get the key" She asked him if that is all we think about and of course he said "Yeah pretty, much" I would love to go, but I just don't think I should go without him, it just wouldn't be right. What would you all do? Please keep them in your prayers. 10ac

dogdoc
Re: I\'m a horrible husband/friend part 2 What would you want him to do if you were in his shoes? If it was my buddy I'd want him to go hunting. So my advise---get the keys and go hunting. todd

huntn4bucks
Re: I\'m a horrible husband/friend part 2 Unfortunately we are only given so many days on this earth...make the best of each and every one. Primos has a bumper sticker that pretty much somes it up. "I've hunted almost every day of my life...the rest have been wasted.".
