Master_Chief
Re: Cold weather socks.... I don't think you can beat the wool socks from Filsons. They are made of merino wool. Since I bought them a couple years ago I do NOT get cold feet.

Guest PaGriz
Re: Cold weather socks.... Best ones I have found that are warm and comfortable are the polar fleece, I got mine at an army surplus store. After wearing the first pair I went back and bought four more pair. Those things are great they make you feel like your hunting in bedroom slippers. Pa Griz
Strut10
Re: Cold weather socks.... I use a pair of Columbia merino wool sox over polypropolene liners. Very warm and won't cost too much. Sportsman's Guide usually has the merino wools on some kinda cheap deal.
