fenderhunt4 Posted October 4, 2005 Report Share Posted October 4, 2005 I was just curious to see how everyone's elk hunting experience this fall has been. I've talked to several who said bulls were bugling like crazy. I spent 8 days hunting some public land in CO. The wind was so TERRIBLE! It was "blow your hat off" windy for 4 days solid and breezy the rest! It really made everything difficult because you couldn't hear and your scent was blowing all over the place. This was a public land, do-it-yourself hunt. I'm still on a cloud! Hope you enjoy the photos.
