Strut10 Posted October 4, 2005 Report Share Posted October 4, 2005 Somehow, on Saturday, on my walk out of the woods, the weight came off the end of my Doinker stabilizer. So today I called them up to see if I could get another one ordered. I have never had folks bend over backward so far to make sure I was cheerfully taken care of!!! Long story short........the fellow said he would get the replacement for the lost piece in the mail to me today.........no charge!!! I would rate my customer service experience with the Doinker people at about 150%!! They will come highly recommended by me to anyone in the market for a very good stabilizer.
