That Remington 1100 would never have made the list unless it had a fixed magazine capacity of 8 rounds, a telescoping or folding scope and one more of a number of things on the list. But the NRA won't tell you that, just like they won't tell you Bush supported the repassage of the AWB, or they won't tell you that every living President before Clinton supported it.
