Would anyone like to share any experiences or throw some helpful advice my way. That puppy was burning a hole in my pocket in a big way. Dropped down on one knee in the living room and became the happiest guy in the world. The hardest part for me was asking her dad! After Thanksgiving dinner with the entire family, I had her sister escort her to the formal living room then I walked in (after changing) in my dress blues, knelt in front of the entire family and proposed. I painted it on the roof of my grandfathers barn... on Lisa's birthday I told her that her present was a plane ride...so we went to the airport. I had already worked things out with the pilot...so we take of on a nice plane ride and the last place we go is over my grandfathers farm.....she missed it on the first pass...I could not belive it I had to shove the ring back in my pocket....lucky she did not see it.The pilot came around again and she saw it the second time over.......the rest is history.
