Soak steak (bite or slightly larger in size) in milk for an hour.

Crush Ritz crackers for breading (extra flavor rathor than saltines) and put in bowl of flour.

Dip steaks in mix good

place in pan of hot veg. oil whala

I also make gravy sometimes from the drippings its really good!

I take either back strap or hind quarter bone out and cut into half inch thick steaks. Tenerize them with my Jaccard tenderizer. Season with coarse black pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder, dash of chili powder and paprika. Place in a casserole dish and coat with olive oil and either plum vineager or apple cider vineager.Cover and let them sit overnight in the frig. Next day throw them on the grill, be sure not to overcook.

If you have electricty at your camps bring the crock pot. I marinade venison in an italian herb/olive oil/vinegar mixture over night and then pour everything into the crockpot in the morning. Put it on low and dinner is done that evening with very little effort. It's always moist and tender and I don't have to do much of anything!
