Re: Official Boston Bruins thread

Did you read the list of guys who were never drafted some pretty good hockey players got missed-two years ago we had 4 kids drafted of our local bantam team which is pretty good. We would of had two this year but our two gunners moved a tier up as underagers so never played here last year.

Re: Official Boston Bruins thread

Just thinking after last night how the 'Canes could have dynasty in the making-all it would take in this salary cap age is a few players saying it's worth something to stay there and try and create history. I can't fathom somebody leaving a team like that over something as mundane and everyday as money-most guys can't spend the interest they make let alone the main part. They have a great start young goalie-two or three young superstars and they are battle hardened now-be interesting to see what the summer brings. I have nothing but rspect for guys like Stevie Y who play out the string wearing one jersey.

I agree with your call about the canes super. I also can't imagine leaving a winnning club like that for the almighty buck, especially with $$ in the bank like they possess. I was impressed with your oil and think they'll be good for yrs to come too. Anyone else other than I impressed with Carolina's no name d??? I checked out the bantam draft list, spotted one of kyle Sask's own in round 8. Not many kids even playing hockey there anymore, no young people left, sad.

Re: Official Boston Bruins thread

Are you talking about Kyle Sorenson -Saskman-he was at SaskFirst with Ty-pretty sweet hockey player-not alot of flash but no holes in his game for sure-I hear that he's bound for the Saskatoon Contacts. There were some surprises in the Bantam draft for sure but your kid from Kyle is a good solid prospect for sure.
