Ravin R10 man Posted October 9, 2005 Report Share Posted October 9, 2005 Was in my stand this eve.. and about 1000 geese were in the area..well a bald eagle was bothering them and they came over by me as a cut cornfeild was nearby..they were circling and landing and then ol baldy found them again!!! They all got up and what a racket!!!! Then here come 5 does running right under me..they looked confused and disoreinted....coulda nailed one if I wanted to..thought maybe a buck was tagging along..but not tonight..they "acted" like they were being followed????? ..... could have been a coydog behind them too??? Wish Id had my shotgun!! geese right at tree top level...then when the does came in I did see an old long nosed doe..but she would not come near me..maybe I get lucky this eve??
