squirrelyman34 Posted October 11, 2005 Report Share Posted October 11, 2005 my first turkey was last spring.it was a 4 1/2 inched berded jake.took about a 30 yard shot on him with a 12gauge with 3inch turkey loads. blew his wing rite off.not a real good shot but i sure got him i will post pictures when i get on the computer that they are on.
