Smitteken
Does anyone use this stuff? It smells good to me but I've never bought any. I think it comes in berry, apple, and corn smell.

Chrud
Re: Buck Snort I had zero response to the corn. Maybe because it smells like barf. The berry smells good, so does apple and acorn smell awesome! I would think apple would get the best results since of the four "flavors", apple is one of the only ones that has a definate, easy to detect natural scent. Smitteken
Re: Buck Snort I wonder if deer who have never been exposed to apples would react to the apple scent.

ruttinbuc
Re: Buck Snort I don't think its agood idea to introduce anything to the deer's nose that is not naturally in the neighborhood. I never saw a berry in my neck in the woods past late August. Realize also, that a deer can sort out a whole lot of smells at one time. There may be some smells in the product that the human nose can't decipher, but the deer's can.

[/ QUOTE ] mmmmmmmm Corn! lol [/ QUOTE ] Back when baiting was banned in all of Wisconsin, I thought I'd try it. I opened it, took a wiff and almost ralphed all over the place. Probably could have smelled some doe pee and had less of an effect on me.
