Jeramie
I took the mega leap, I now order online. Big step for me. Im not the most trusting of online traders. (other then in here of course). The first thing I ordered, a Pooh Diaper Stacker for our nursery, was lost. She sent it Priority mail and didnt receive a tracking Number. It was only around $15 but it worries me about ordering other stuff online. Ive called and called and the PO doesnt have it and they never delivered it. I guess my first transaction was just a loss..... Now im gun shy to spend over $10. What stinks is I payed instantly with Paypal and she bragged me up. So I thought I was off to a rolling start. Anyone else lose stuff from ebay?

hutchies
Re: My first ebay Item.... Lost...... If you paid by paypal and never recieved the product then file a claim. I bought some stuff off of Lonestar Racing and a guy up the road had it at his house for 2 weeks. I was ticked at Lonestar and UPS. They kept telling me well it has been delivered nothing we can do. Finally they let me talk to the driver and he told me what house to go to. The guy at that house looked and me and goes nope sorry don't have it and shut the door. I called UPS on my cell and knocked again. When he opened I told him UPS needed to speak to him about 2 packages delivered to his house. He turns around and said "Oh yeah here they are". I wanted to pound him but settled for my stuff.
dogdoc
Re: My first ebay Item.... Lost...... yep--file a claim with paypal. I had the exact thing happen to me. I ordered a flash card for my game cam and it never arrived. I filed the claim with paypal and they credited back my credit card. todd
bulldawg
Re: My first ebay Item.... Lost...... I just got an email this morning from a customer who only got a little bit of what I sent him in a flat rate box from the post office. The items that are missing are the main reason why he bid the auction up! Good thing I insure every package I send out!USPS is starting to really make me wonder if it is safe to ship through them anymore.
texastrophies
Re: My first ebay Item.... Lost...... I have bought and sold numerous items and so far, no problems at all. (Well maybe a couple of slow deliveries and one buyer who left negative feedback because he didn't get what he thought he was buying. Didn't read the ad good enough.) MCH
Re: My first ebay Item.... Lost...... I've ordered several...several items from ebay. Only had one bad experience. Ordered a 50 dollar 3-D quiver from a well respected lady seller and never received it. She had proof that she mailed it to my zip, but not the correct address. That hurt bad. dg
Re: My first ebay Item.... Lost...... I've had about 60 purchases on e-bay. Only recently did I get screwed (almost). The seller still had my payment in paypal and paypal retrieved my money. Overall, I'm still happy. Even bought two vehicles from it.
Guest mnarcher
Re: My first ebay Item.... Lost...... I have purchased two bows from Ebay along with a bunch of other things for the house and we have never had any issues. The only thing that did happen to us is someone got into my wifes yahoo account and then got into her Ebay account. They put up a $2500 motorcycle for sale under our account. We got lucky and noticed that none of the emails that I had been sending her were arriving in her yahoo account. The scammer had forwarded all of her mail to a MSN account. Pretty good scam and they almost got away with it. My only recommedation is to make sure you have a real good alpha-numeric password on your accounts and also don't verify any passwords from an email that you may get from let's say Paypal. Those are almost 100% scams and once you verify they have access to your account. Buying stuff online is a great resource it is just too bad that there are some people out there who are going to ruin it for all of us.
