The other day I was in my stand and noticed that the fiber optic on my 20 yard pin was broken. Seeing as how I just bought the sight 3 months ago I called Trophy Ridge to tell them. They took my address name and model number for the sight and are sending me a new one for free. That's good customer service. They didn't even ask how it happened. I have no idea anyway. Hopefully borken pins don't become a pattern.

I love the shooting accuracy I have with my TR Guide Series..........thats about it.

If the sight didnt shoot so dang good, I'd get rid of it!

Overpriced Junk.

They do have great customer service - but if they made a quality product - we would never have to find out how "great" it is. My sight has been returned 3 times in 6 months - before ever making it to the woods!

I too now have a broken fiber optic - but I'm gonna live with it for now.

These will be great sights when they build them as stout as their price tag!
