Re: Scrape dripper buck

Great to see your scent dripper working, I put one out a couple of days ago. Last year I have pictures of does checking it and some smaller bucks. The drippers do work!! Great pictures, thanks for sharing!! smile.gif

BTW: If anyone is interested, wildlife research labs makes the Scent Dripper. A small bottle of scent will last 5 to 7 days in it. Works off a temperature change is suppose to trick noctural bucks into checking the scrapes during daylight hours. In this case you can see the buck checking it out in daylight hours so they can be effective. Cost around $10.00 or so, at the end the of season you can see them clearanced even cheaper.

Re: Scrape dripper buck

I was trying to find the larger bottle of Active Scrape but can only find the 1 oz bottles.

Its a 4 oz dripper and I know they make a larger size but no one seems to carry the larger 4 oz bottles.

I suppose I can buy a few of the 1 oz bottles but at a much higher cost to me I am sure...

Oh well....

Re: Scrape dripper buck

Remember VTbowman, they suggest you only add the smaller bottles to the dripper's bottle, you can overfill the dripper and it will be uneffective. I do understand you wanted to buy in bulk and same money.

I found some last season at clearance, keep it in the dark in a sealed container in my basement, got it on clearance for $1.70 a bottle. Smells good still and I only did this after e-mailing them and asking what they think of storing their scents and their effectiveness over time.

Good luck VTbowman!!
