TurkeyHunter
I have a 50 Cal. LK-93 knight muzzleloader and want to convert it to the 209 primers and they make a Conversion Kit from caps to 209 primers. If you have one you would like to sell LMK. Thanks! [/ QUOTE ] I had one on my MK-85 that I took off. I'll see if I can find out if it also fits the LK-93 and if it does we're in business. TurkeyHunter
Re: WTB..Knight 209 Conversion Kit That would be SWEET! I almost bought one at Cabelas site but figured Id hold off for a few days first. Id like to get it converted over so I can site it in before Dec's muzzleloader hunt. Not sure if anything would change in my shot pattern switching. Any certain reason you took it off your gun? Didnt like it? Thanks!
AaronS
Re: WTB..Knight 209 Conversion Kit I took it off because it wasn't as easy to cap the shotgun primers as it is the #11's. I have an inline capper for the #11's that makes it a breeze to cap them, and due to the larger size of the 209's an inline capper wouldn't work on my gun. My gun is now back to its stock deer killing original form. I was told that it will most likely alter your point of impact because of the hotter charge.
