i got my first muzzleloader hog on my birthday....now i have taken a hog every way i know of....she looked so much bigger in the scope, lol.she weighed almost 70lbs all black with a white snout....good eating...the prettiest meat you have seen......and to top it off, my twin went with me and got it on video.......had a buck come out of the plametto but the wind was so whirly as soon as he would of stepped into an opening he turned around...this was after i shot my hog, so with that and us being out there, he had to known something wasn't right, it's the only thing i can think of .he just walked away, didnt spook....it was exciting to say the least.......we had hogs around us all morning, even got to the hunting area late because of em....the pics are lost in the camera, i forgot to get the memory card from my sister to bring home and try to get them on my pc, so it'll have to wait, if i can't do it, then she'll have to delete them to format her card which really stinks, so cross your fingers... cool.gif

we went out with a couple of hog dogs and they bayed it up(cornered it), then you grab the back legs of the hog, flip it over on it's side and then you insert a knife into's it's heart.......it was real quick...i thought it would be different but it was amazing, really it was.

Remind me never to piss you off!! By the way, where in Florida do you reside. I grew up in Ocala, born in Jax. Never heard much of people hog hunting, I knew a guy that owned about 500 Acres south of Wildwood, had lime rock pits for fishing, deer, turkey, and hog, with about a 12 foot fence all the way around. Wish I still knew that guy.
