007hunter Posted October 30, 2005 Report Share Posted October 30, 2005 I'm looking to possibly get a .308. I'm goin to use this primarily for deer, but future black bear and elk is possible. It is just a small step behind the .30-06 with heavy bullets but with lighter bullets, it will hang right in there. I will be toting a .308 Win this year.
