The_Kat Posted October 31, 2005 Report Share Posted October 31, 2005 Just curious to what everyone else is seeing? I have been rattling for a week now and had ZERO results. I saw two bucks together on Tuesday....killed a lone spike yesterday and he had no sign of rut in him at all. I haven't been seeing any rut activity at all in Southeastern Oklahoma. Shot an 8 point on Sunday, he had a bunch of tree shavings in his rack but his tarsals weren't really dark and nasty. [/ QUOTE ] Been on a lease for three years now, Ryan. It's the land that juts up against mine. 2,000 acres of Weyerhaeuser land and 2,000 Herron land. I haven't seen any pics yet. I read their harvests in the paper and called them up. They camp on the lease whereas I just drive to the back of my place and walk a couple hundred yards or so. I've rattled in and passed on several 6's an eight and one young 10. Starting to see a lot more scrapes and rubs, so I'm thinking that its less that 10 days away!
