I do not make them myself...Its not something I make when I process my game... I do use seasoning mixes from LEM Products.. They have a Jerky Cannon Snack Kit that makes 25 Lbs. of what your looking for...You can go Here.. and look for Cat# 730 Hope this helps..If so let us know how it turned out...
