this afternoon I pulled her from school to go after mulies with me,she has 2 doe tags and a buck, we managed to stalk up on a few but get busted, then we see 4 does off to the west, a quick start and we crest the hill and are within 200 yardfs but a fence in the way, we managed to get to the fence and I got the camera aset up and boom the doe dropped in its track, she hit it a bit to the right but still in the shoulder at 150 yards!best thing is i got it all tape!!we gutted it out and [shoudl say I lol] cool.gif we were on our way,we were winding our way back to town after a hard day and seen a huge buck right behind a farmers place, we went in and asked and no problem, we walked from there step to the edge of the fence and set up,both of us were shaking so bad, I tried to settle her down but I can see in the camera I was shaking so bad was not helping, after about 2 minutes I herd the shot and seen the deer run off,she plain missed, we both were sick, especially me after seeign the vidio, it was well over 180" typ,big old deer!I see why she got the fever lol!! we paced it off at 230 yards,sh was hittign 2 liter pop bottles at 200 and I figured 250 told her to hold about 3 inches below the back, should of been a perfect shot! she is just sick abotu it right now, but like i told ehr when you loose the exitement and the fever its time to sell the rifles! I am just sick to becouse I shoudl fo shot it, would of been mt best deer ever !Oh well that is huntig!! thats what keeps us coming back year after year, we kill a monster every year what fun would that be!!, here is a pic of a happy kid!!
