The balls alone will get you a few fps more and about 1 to 2 fps with the spyders on. This is after playing around with placement on your string (single cam bow). They are meant more for 2 cam bows from what I am told. I tried them on a Mathews SQ2 and got about 4 fps more speed and decent sound reduction over nothing on the string. I recommend you using only 1 of them near the cam and nothing up by the wheel if your trying on a single cam bow. That was my best prefoirmance based on the chrono.
