Jeramie
I got to thinking about movies I like that probably arent as big on people's must see list. Some of these are kind of slipping through the cracks and they should be seen by everyone. Whether it was was poor advertising, just outdated, etc. they arent as widely talked about anymore and everyone who loves movies needs to see them. Feel free to add to this list. I could use so good movies from time to time. Ill stop at 10, everyone else continue. 1. Silverado - Western. Great show with way to many Actors to count. Rent it immediately. 2. Clue - Comedy. Another Great movie. A must see! Several famous actors. 3. Gross Point Blank - Comedy (Odd). Good movie with a dark sense of humor. 4. Airplane - Slapstick Comedy. The ultimate slapstick comedy! If youve never seen it youre just not right. 5. Mixed Nuts - Comedy (Another Odd One). Also has a list of famous actors including Madalin Kahn, Steve Martin, Gary Shandling, etc. (sp?) 6. Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. - Comedy. A great, great John Candy/ Steve Martin Movie. 7. Crossroads - Drama. A great guitar movie, even if Ralph Machio is in it. 8. The Great Outdoors. - Comedy. Rent this, tonight. Dont post again until youve seen it. 9. Rudy - Drama. Come on, you know you choked up when he suited up. 10. The Natural - Like baseball or not, you better rent this. Tsmola
Re: Must See Movies? it does look good, as long as it's not like that FX series "Over There" and is actually realistic it should be pretty good.

[ QUOTE ] I would like to go see Jar Head tomorrow(friday) it looks like a darn good movie, about the "war" in iraq [/ QUOTE ] Jarhead is based off the book "JarHead" and it's about the Gulf War in 1990 not the Iraq war today. Anthony Swafford who wrote the book and what the movie is based off of was a Marine who whined all the time and almost got kicked out the Marine Corps before his 4 years were up

silvertip_co
Re: Must See Movies? When the 159 channels of satellite TV we pay for have N.O.T.H.I.N.G. on to pique my interest when I have slack time at home, these are the ones I fall back on to maintain my sanity, in no particular order: 1. Magnificent Seven 2. Last of the Dogmen 3. Spy Game 4. Jeremiah Johnson 5. Shot Through the Heart 6. Red Dawn 7. Man Who Would Be King 8. Raiders of the Lost Ark 9. Seven Percent Solution 10. Conspiracy(2001) 11. Open Range 12. Quigley (unfortunately down under) My wife says re-watching a movie 150 times is sort of obsessive-compulsive. I disagree, I think it means I dont have a life... or have too much free time on my hands and should be HUNTING more --------------------
