AJ
Yep, they are decent guns. A few shooters on here have them and seem to like them. As far as being best on the market, well, we all know opinions are like elbows, most people have them. If the gun fits the shooter (shoots where the shooter is looking), operates without malfunction, and does not wear out prematurely, its a good gun. That does not mean one is better than another for all.
Strut_Buster
Re: winchester super x2 I love mine! Never jams, fast... deadens blow with 3.5's. Easy to clean. feels great... shoots great... yep.. Shes a great gun. May not be the best but I take it over the Remi and Black eagle every time i go hunting. huntn4bucks
Re: winchester super x2 I compared the Winchester Super X2, the Beretta Xtrema, and the Benelli SBE before I finally decided on the SBE. To me, and this is just me, I like the feel of the Benelli better because it felt more streamline...less bulky. All three are exceptional guns and I'd take any one of them hunting with me anyday. sportsman2500
Re: winchester super x2 i agree with the benelli over a remi or a winchester. benelli's are light and sweet shooting guns, easy to carry, and i can shoot mine all day with out it woping my shoulder b/c of my sims recoil pad. those things are awsome and make a big difference on guns. if you don't have one you should get one and feel the difference. Strut10
Re: winchester super x2 I absolutely love mine!!! I don't know if it's the "best semi-auto in the market". But I do know it's the best for the money. I was gonna get an SBE, too. But after looking at the Benelli and watching one perform in the field, I decided to go with the SX2 and have $450 left over to buy shells or camo or food. I've not regretted it yet. Strut_Buster
Re: winchester super x2 I should Rephrase and say goose hunting. Gas autos take much more oomph out of my 3.5 magnums. I do take my SBE goose hunting, but I like that one for ducks, and upland birds. Thats where it being so light really pays off.
Guest 2500HD
Re: winchester super x2 I shoot the SX2 and think it is a fine gun. I have yet to have any problems but I take care of my stuff too. The guns must fit the person so try them all out if you can. I duck/goose hunt with a lot of folks and have seen many SBE, 1187's, 1100's and berretas go down in the field. I have seen one SX2 have problems and the guy treated it like an 870 and no gun is as tough as an 870.
