Ohiobucks Posted November 6, 2005 Report Share Posted November 6, 2005 Just call me ohiodoe! Tagged my second doe of the season tonight. It was warm, to say the least. I was in the stand at 3:30pm, with nothing happening until right at dark. I was set up on the edge of a picked corn field, with a good wind in my face. I could hear deer moving through the thick bottom, heading my way. I got the Hoyt ready. Pretty soon, I spot some movement. Two big does and a little one. Then there are more deer coming, all baldies from what I could see. I decided if one step into a lane, I was taking the shot. The lead doe came into a clearing, and at 22 yards, I popped her.
