huntrman
I went out and shot my Mossberg 500 today and it was hitting way high and left. Which way do I move the adjustable rear sight? Is it like sighting in a bow, or is it different? Anyone that has a Mossberg 500 or a shotgun with the adjustable rear sight, help me out here, please. Thanks. tedicast
Re: Sighting in? It is the opposite of sighting in a bow. If you are shooting high left, you want to move the rear site down and to the right.
AJ
Re: Sighting in? On a bow you are adjusting the front sight while leaving the rear sight stationary. On most guns with open sights, you are adjusting the rear sight so yes, the adjustments are opposite from archery.
