ousoonerfan22
Re: cva wolf 209 magnum My kids bought me a cabela's beartooth magnum .50 cal. which I think is a cva wolf,it's a decent gun for the money.I haven't found the best load for this gun yet because I received it in september.I'm using (2)50 gr. triple 7 pellets and 240 or 250 gr TC shockwave sabots but I think this gun should shoot tighter groups than it is right now. My gunsmith just informed me this trigger can't be adjusted which bothers me because a lighter trigger pull would help the groups. Guest TheNumber1Young1
Re: cva wolf 209 magnum I bought one for 139.99, its a great gun, light, dependable, and you cant beat the price. I shoot 2 50 grain 777 pellets, and 300 grain Hornady hollow points. It shoots great, with open sights i shoot 1in. high at 50yrds, and dead on from 108yrds. magnatecsteve
Re: cva wolf 209 magnum Check out my post...look what my CHEAP gun did, same exact gun, maybe other than camo stock. Mine shoots cloverleafs (hole in hole groups) at 100 yards with 2 pellets of Pyrodex and a 250 gr. T/C Shockwave. It's more about the hunter than the gun!
