Re: cva wolf 209 magnum

My kids bought me a cabela's beartooth magnum .50 cal. which I think is a cva wolf,it's a decent gun for the money.I haven't found the best load for this gun yet because I received it in september.I'm using (2)50 gr. triple 7 pellets and 240 or 250 gr TC shockwave sabots but I think this gun should shoot tighter groups than it is right now. confused.gif My gunsmith just informed me this trigger can't be adjusted which bothers me because a lighter trigger pull would help the groups.

I bought one for 139.99, its a great gun, light, dependable, and you cant beat the price. I shoot 2 50 grain 777 pellets, and 300 grain Hornady hollow points. It shoots great, with open sights i shoot 1in. high at 50yrds, and dead on from 108yrds.
