Seems that I've read in more than one place that there were many "insurgents" running around Germany after major combat was finished in WWII trying to keep things stirred up there and keep freedom out. Think if the need is there for the strikes, which obvioulsy it is, then the generals in the field are getting the support from our commander in chief that they ask for. The idea of major combat operations being completed on the war was a bit premature in my opinion, but President Bush did what he felt was right based on what his leaders in the field were telling him and I would think it did boost the moral of our troops. And don't tell me what I would be doing had Bush lost. The difference is, Bush is still President, which makes him fair game. Clinton isn't and the RNC used Clinton in every election ad they could, including the Senate race here in NC, the RNC is still running against Clinton and they probably will in 2008, whoever the Democratic candidate is, they will have to share ad space with Clinton cause the RNC will use every chance they can to compare whoever is running to Clinton. Heck, 20 years from now they'll probably be using Clinton even though the guy running will never have met him most likely. [/ QUOTE ] When did I mention the election LifeNRA, I haven't said anything about the election in any of my posts, the election is over and I didn't whine about Kerry losing, maybe some of you guys expected me too but as I recall I never cried one lick about it. Unfortunately, the only person who has any sense on here is Marky, he is able to have an intelligent conversation without jumping to conclusions. He actually cares what I have to say even if he doesn't agree with it, which, amazingly enough, is most like a Democrat, you see, I will listen to someone else's idea's, I may not like them, I won't tell them they are wrong, I may debate it with them, you guys will tell someone they are ignorant, stupid, bleeding heart liberal, condemn them to **** and basically talk to them like an idiot all to prove that you are right and they are wrong.
