JoshM Posted November 21, 2005 Report Share Posted November 21, 2005 Story.... Ok we got out in the woods about 6:30..And sat for about 1-2 hours. So my partner went on and drove this swail to see if he could jump any deer for me. He jumped 3 does. 2 went out of shooting distance and 1 came within shooting distance but never gave me a shot. So i reloacted by a salt block to see if i could catch some does or a buck feeding. Most of them were bedded. Then i here a Crunch!!....I figured it was some squirrels b/c that place is loaded with them...So i look back and theres a pretty nice size button buck. Turned broadside about 30 yards took 1 shell and droped him in his tracks... I have some field pics but they will have to get developed 1st.
