AJ
Well, the cartridge is new. So availability is limited. How long it will be around? Who knows. The bullet choices right now are covered by Winchester. They offer a 55 gr varmint load, a 95 gr Ballistic Tip for deer sized game and a 100 gr Super-X® Power-Point® for big game. As long as one of these will work for you, you are good to go. Otherwise, you had better start handloading. In time, there may be other offerings if the cartridge takes off. Guest cowpoke
Re: M70 Coyote Maybe you can find a decent used one or a new one in inventory some place in 243. I beleive they used to make one that way, but Winchester has a bad case of "short magnum craziness and phooey on the old cartridges" at this time

Guest ronin
Re: M70 Coyote Along those reloading lines...Barnes makes a .243 Triple Shock X Bullet 85 gr. that is devestating. I use it for hogs and deer. IMO, the WSSM's are here for awhile. Everyone I have talked to seems to like them. I really love mine.
