tedicast
Re: Wearing a coat and bow hunting This is what I use. It works with a light jersey in the early season, right up to single digit temps in January. Guest nebraskahunter
Re: Wearing a coat and bow hunting THose products look good I practice with my clothes on and keep my arm bent out alittle works for me, but you do have to practice that way to get use to it. VTbowman
Re: Wearing a coat and bow hunting Definately some sort of arm guard. Heck an old wool sock cut off at the toes will work too. Anything to compress that sleeve down.
Doc
Re: Wearing a coat and bow hunting I really had this problem. I used a center of the chin anchor and stood pretty much at right angles to the target and would wack the sleeve or get other form variations every time I added a a few more layers of clothing. So last year I changed everything. I moved my anchor to the corner of my mouth and opened up my stance to about 45 degrees. I haven't had a problem since. rockefeller66
Re: Wearing a coat and bow hunting get an arm guard or Bill Jordan used to have a brownish colored sock he would wear over his arms to tighten the clothes on his arm. Straight Shooter
Re: Wearing a coat and bow hunting I use very heavy coats in cold weather and that brownish colored sock (EZ arm guard) allowed me to take a deer this season without worry of hitting my sleeve.
